Ali’s wellness journey began in 2012 the moment she stepped onto a yoga mat—initially chasing the next challenge, another workout to conquer. With a background in personal training and the intensity of fast-paced healthcare, her self-worth was deeply tied to performance, productivity, and pushing limits. But, yoga would soon change that. What started as physical would become much more. Through her own personal healing and self-discovery, she’s found immense purpose and value in challenging her mindset, practicing self compassion and living from a place of love instead fear. Now, she guides others to do the same. Ali supports highly motivated individuals through a unique blend of movement like yoga and strength training to mindset mentorship—empowering them to build a powerful relationship with themselves and step fully into their potential. She lives in Maine with her coon cat, Reese, and plays a key role at Portland Power Yoga, where she teaches, leads operations, and drives the studio’s creative vision.
